MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE
The Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) is a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services to the Federal Government. The scope of the contract includes Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) in support of the Federal Enterprise Architecture, and Federal Health Architecture. These IT solutions and services include, but are not limited to, health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.

The SEWP V contract is available for use by all Federal Government Agencies and authorized Federal Contractors. The SEWP V Program operates under Fair Opportunity regulations as defined in FAR 16.505(b) which provides contract holders with opportunity to be considered for each order in excess of $3,500. Agency Contracting Officers are able to direct an opportunity as a “set-aside” to specific socio-economic categories.
The SEWP V program provides contract training for all participating agencies. This includes use of the SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) that facilitates efficient processing of Requests for Quotes (RFQ’s) driving competitive quotes resulting in delivery orders that address agency strategic IT requirements.

The NATO BOA is defined as a two-stage contracting procedure whereby a framework contract, specifying all basic contract provisions, including the pricing methodology, is negotiated and placed with a potential supplier for a specified range of goods and services against which retail quantities can be ordered, on a competitive basis, at a later stage.
SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders.
